If you cannot afford travel costs and have exhausted all other options for getting funds, you may be eligible to apply for an emergency loan from the government.

This loan would enable you to get a commercial flight back to the UK, where flights are still operating. There are separate arrangements if you are in a country where the government is supporting special charter flights, see the travel advice page for the country you are in.
